HDB & Condo
Feng Shui

Most Singapore families live in HDB flats or condominiums. The principles of Feng Shui apply just as fully here — and the benefits are just as real.

"The size of a home does not limit its Feng Shui potential. I have seen small HDB flats with excellent energy — and large condominiums with serious imbalances. The chart tells the truth."

For HDB & Condominium Residents

Your Flat, Assessed Properly

HDB flats and condominiums present specific Feng Shui considerations — the facing direction of the block, the unit’s position within the floor, neighbouring structures, and the internal layout constraints common in Singapore public and private housing.

Master Lo conducts the consultation at your home. He examines the facing direction, calculates the Flying Stars chart for your unit, and assesses the energy of key areas: main door, master bedroom, kitchen, study, and living room.

Recommendations are always practical and suited to the layout. You will leave the session with a clear understanding of what your home is doing — and specific guidance on how to live in it well.

What the Consultation Covers

—
Unit facing direction & external environment

Assessment of what faces the main door — roads, structures, and landforms that affect incoming energy.

—
Flying Stars chart for your unit

Based on facing direction and the period the block was built — mapping the energy of every sector.

—
Bedroom & bed placement

Guidance on the best position for the master bedroom bed and the sleeping direction that suits each family member.

—
Kitchen & stove position

The stove governs health and family harmony. Its position and orientation matter.

—
Remedies & enhancements

Practical adjustments — where to activate, where to suppress, and what to avoid. No gimmicks.

What to Have Ready

A floor plan of your unit (the one from your purchase documents works well). Your family members' dates of birth, if you would like personalised directional analysis. The consultation is conducted on-site, typically 2 to 3 hours.

Your Home Should Support You

A proper assessment takes less than half a day. The clarity it brings can last for years.

HDB & Condo Feng Shui — FAQ

A standard HDB or condominium consultation takes approximately two to two and a half hours, depending on the size of the unit and the number of rooms. Master Lo works through each sector methodically and does not rush the session. If you have specific concerns — a bedroom that feels unsettled, or a living area that never quite feels comfortable — do mention them when you book.

A floor plan is helpful but not required. The layout from your HDB purchase letter or condominium handover documents works well. If you do not have one, Master Lo can work from a hand-drawn sketch or assess the space in person. Having the plan ready simply helps the session move more smoothly.

The underlying principles are the same. The practical considerations differ. HDB flats often have more standardised layouts, which means the Flying Stars reading becomes especially important for understanding how energy moves through a constrained space. Condominiums tend to have more variation in facing direction and layout, which opens up more possibilities — but also requires a more thorough assessment.

Yes. The energy of a space affects whoever lives in it, regardless of ownership. The consultation is adapted slightly — recommendations will focus on furniture placement, room usage, and directional adjustments that can be made without structural changes, which is appropriate for a rented home.
